    Our Whangarei branch needs a Parts & Service Administrator to join our busy team to support our growing administration requirements.  Previous experience working in a similar role in the heavy automotive industry is desirable or some knowledge of the administration needs of a workshop environment is a must.  Previous experience working with warranty claims will also assist you in being successful in this role.

    You will be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate this across all levels of the company.  A self-starter with plenty of initiative who enjoys displaying a warm friendly manner to both customers and suppliers, you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.  
    A natural at multi-tasking, you will enjoy supporting others when the need arises and will always be able to deliver options when solving enquiries, you will be able to operate in a professional and confidential manner as you will be responsible for opening cases and ensuring all checks are performed when qualifying customers as per the credit control policy, creating and processing purchase orders, checking and amending invoices, maintaining records on our in house system (Mango) and completing all other tasks needed by the Service team. You will need to be a competent computer user with MS office skills and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    As Health and Safety is paramount in this industry you will be up to speed with practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits.  This knowledge will help you to promote the company image in a professional manner as you will need to provide top level service to our customers in the field.
