We are expanding and now require an experienced administrator to process parts orders and service invoices, code supplier accounts and to handle all general customer enquiries. Previous experience working in a similar role in the heavy machinery or similar industry is desirable. You will have a general knowledge of the administration needs of a service workshop environment and familiarity with machinery warranty claims is also preferable.

An excellent communicator, you will be able to demonstrate this across all levels of the company. You’ll have proficient computer skills, show plenty of initiative and be able to deliver a high level of customer service. A natural at multi-tasking, you will enjoy supporting others when the need arises and will always be able to deliver options when solving enquires.

As Health and Safety is paramount in this industry you will be up to speed with practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits. This knowledge will help you to promote the company image in a professional manner as will you top level service to our customers in the field.
